LAGOS (AFP / ANTARA) - Three people who watched the match between Chelsea andBarcelona semi-final on TV were injured Tuesday in a panic following an explosion neartheir place in central Nigeria, a military spokesman said.
The explosion occurred when a number of spectators will come out of the city centerTundun Wada at the end of the second leg of a dramatic league, said a spokesman forthe military Joint Task Force Capt. Mark Mdahyelya.
There were no casualties in the blast, but the cause remains unclear, he said.He said the area had been closed but he did not give further details.Tundun Wada is a major city in central Plateau state, the capital city of Jos, there have been several deadly bombings in recent months. (nm / mp)
